The Diwip website, services and applications (together, the "Service"), provided by Diwip Ltd. ("Diwip", "we" or "us") through the Diwip website, which creates social online games, where people worldwide get the ability to engage, communicate and socialize with one another, through which certain user information (including personal information) is collected and analyzed.

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect your personal information and how we use it. Together with our Terms of Service, it governs your use of the Service. By using the Service or providing your personal information (or access to such information), you consent to the terms of this Policy and to the practices described herein, and acknowledge that you are not required by law to provide your personal information to us, and do so willingly and in agreement with this Policy.
Please note that your personal information may be processed in countries where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

Please note that because a third party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, Diwip does not have access to your credit card details or billing information.

How We Collect Information

Our primary source of information is the information provided to us by you. Other sources of information include various third parties, as set forth above, and standard web technologies, including the following:
"Cookies" - data files, which often include a unique identifier, sent to your browser and placed on your computer or mobile device in order to enable you to more easily communicate and interact with the Service and store certain information. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them). Usually you can set your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being received. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. Some of the content included in the Service, such as ads, may be provided by third parties, and this content may also contain and send cookies to your computer or mobile device.
"Beacons" or "Pixels" - electronic files used to track your navigation through the Service, our website or email messages sent to you, the completion of transactions, submittal of applications and browsing behavior.
"Log Files" – when you use the Service we may track and record actions occurring on the Service and collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, click data and types of advertisements viewed.

How We Generally Use the Information

We use the information we collect, first, to better provide you with the Service. We put together all the information available to us to maximize the relevance and quality of the Service. We may contact you through email, the Service, and other similar channels. By providing us with your contact information you consent to our use of such contract information to send you such Service-related notices, including any notices required by law. We do this for purposes such as (1) providing our advertisers and advertising agencies with information that allows them to present targeted personalized ads and promotions; (2) providing statistical and aggregated data to researchers and other data consumers; (3) analyzing how the Service is used; (4) diagnosing and resolving technical problems; and (5) maintaining security. We reserve the right to use and disclose any non personally identifiable information at our discretion. You may use the Service to publish and disclose personal information or content, for example by sharing it with others by link, post or attachment. Information that you publish and share may become available to the public at your own risk and sole discretion. Please note that even if you remove such content, copies may remain available in cached and archived pages. We take no responsibility with respect to content and information that you voluntarily publish, and such content may also become subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the platform it is published through (i.e. Facebook or any other Platform).

Personally Identifying Information

The information you provide us will include Personally Identifying Information ("PII") which is information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate or otherwise identify you, including your Email Address, your personal password, your Facebook (or any other Platform) profile details (such as name, email, gender, birthday, current city and profile picture URL), your mobile application store account, etc. We do not collect PII except when provided voluntarily by you directly. We do not rent, sell or disseminate PII to third parties without your consent, other than:
disclosure to our employees, consultants, contractors, business partners, service providers and suppliers. Such disclosure is normally subject to the recipient's undertaking of confidentiality obligations and the prevention of any independent right to use this information by the recipients, except as required to help us provide the Service.
to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, whether or not a response is required by applicable law;
to enforce an agreement or to protect our rights;
with any of our parent, or affiliated or successor entity;
to consummate, and as part of, any asset sale, transfer, merger or liquidation;
subject to your prior consent, to post Your Content within the Service.
We only provide data to our advertising partners after we have removed your name or any other personally identifying information from it, or have combined it with other people's data in a way that it is no longer associated with you. As stated above, we may allow third-party advertising agencies and networks to serve advertisements, or may ourselves serve advertisements, through the Service. Such ads may be based on the information provided to us, other than the PII. We do not provide any PII to such advertising agencies and networks. However, please note that if an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a certain type of users or audience, and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. You should consult the respective privacy policies of advertising agencies and networks. This Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Any solicitation of personal information through such advertisements is strictly between the advertiser and you. You may choose voluntarily whether or not to provide us with your PII. Notices provided at the Service where we collect PII should help you to make this choice. If you choose to avoid provision of your PII as we request it, you may be unable to access and use certain options, offers and services that involve our interaction with you. You may request access to all your voluntarily-provided PII that we collected online and maintain in our database by sending a written request to privacy@diwip.com .

Other Information Posts and Permissions

When we propose you to invite friends to use the Service (whether in general or with respect to a specific survey), and you accept such proposal, we may (1) send your friend an email or message on your behalf using your name, or (2) post the invite to your friend's Facebook Timeline or any other Platform option, by using the channels such Platform provides. The invitation may also contain information about other users your friend might know. You may also be asked to allow the Service to post status messages and notes to Facebook or any other Platform on your behalf. Please carefully review the content of such posts before giving your permission. Any information shared by you with your friends or marked by you as public, including PII, may be published and disclosed by the Service. For example, questionnaire results made public or shared with your friends once may be shared with your friends again by the Service, by allowing a friend to compare between the questionnaire score of different users. Public information regarding your preferences may also be used in order to provide your friend with information they seek about you.

Disclosure of information

Diwip do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Deactivation and Deletion of Your Information

If you want to delete or remove your PII stored with us permanently, you may send an e-mail to privacy@diwip.com. Please include "Delete my Information" in the subject line and your full name and e-mail address in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request in a timely manner, normally within thirty (30) days. Upon such request, we will make our best efforts to remove all your PII from our database. However, please note that some information may not be deleted from all databases and backup records. If you have posted content on or through the Service, we may not be able to delete it and copies may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared publicly, or was copied or stored by others. We may also retain certain PII for customer service, legal and similar purposes. We reserve the right to keep all non-PII and continue to use such non-PII in accordance with this Policy after the termination of your account and deletion of all your PII.

Information Security

We use industry standard measures to ensure the security of all information, including the use of passwords, firewalls, encryption and remote servers, and routinely evaluate our practices to identify security threats or opportunities for the improvement of our Services. However, no transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise information security. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when communicating with us.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register to the Service. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service and do not send any information about yourself to us. No one under the age of 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

By using the Service you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by placing a post regarding those changes on the Service or by other means, as per our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes to this Policy are binding and effective when they are posted on this page.

Opt Out Page

You may opt out of having certain of your personal identifiable data information ("PII") collected by us or used by us to send promotional correspondences to you, by contacting us at - http://www.diwip.com/diwip_support.php. We will respond to your request in a timely manner, normally within thirty (30) days. Upon such request, we will make our best efforts to remove all your PII from our database. In the event you want to opt-out of Diwip marketing emails, you may do so at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe links located within each Diwip email. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive information from Diwip access to all of the Services.
